All materials including artworks of this website is protected by the law of copyright. All rights to published artworks on this website belong to their author.
Images can be used for free, without license, while complying with the terms of free use. You are welcome to post or share artworks with a hyperlink to the source and specifying the name of the author.
If conditions of free using are not suitable for you, you may buy a license. By purchasing a license, you get permission to use an artwork direct from the copyright owner.
All artworks are available in JPEG format. The orientation of the image can be vertical or horizontal, the size of the image is 850 pixels by the longer side, the resolution is 70–72 dpi.
Please take note that the refund for a license is not made – the quality of all artworks can be checked before purchasing.
If you would like to share the artwork with your friends, post it on your page on a social network or blog, you are welcome to post it with a hyperlink to the source and specifying the name of the author. Use share buttons or just copy the link. You may also use the artwork in video, adding a hyperlink to the source and the name of the author in the video description. Images can not be edited or cropped.
When you buy an artwork, you're actually buying a license that gives you rights to use it in your projects. License describes terms and conditions in accordance with you may use content. Buying a license, you get permission to use an artwork direct from the copyright owner, and you can be sure that you use images correctly and legally. All exclusive rights to the artworks belong to their author and copyright owner – Ekaterina Gubina. You purchase a non-exclusive license to use the artwork under the terms set out in the license Agreement. The copyright owner can license the same content to other customers.
When do you need permission to use an artwork
If conditions of free using are not suitable for you, you should buy a license. You need permission to use the artwork for different purposes, for example:
For designing your website, blog, webpage: as a design element (cover photo, background, main picture)
For editorial non-commercial use: to illustrate an informational material (news, articles, posts)
For an advertising campaign on the internet: Google Ads, Instagram, social networks
For any commercial use
For any printed products or materials
For personal or home use, for example, posters, interior decoration or a card for an invitation
Rights and restrictions are described in detail on this page and in License agreement (contract). Please note that this rules of use may differ from those adopted on the stock websites in their standard contracts.

Types of licenses
You can buy online the following types of licenses for using images on the internet:
Public Web allows you to use an artwork for descriptive or illustrative purposes in web publication: article, news article, blog post, video, public presentations or video presentations, lecture, master-classe on your website, blog, web page, social media page.
Standart license allows one-time use in one publication, including announcements to it. You may use an artwork in one project. Images can not be edited or cropped.
Extended license allows multiple use in an unlimited number of publications in one project. Image source reference may not be specified. Images can be cropped.
Design Web allows you to use an artwork for design a website, blog, webpage, social media page: as a design element (cover photo, background, main picture). Image source reference may not be specified.
Standart license allows you to use an artwork for design a personal web page, blog. For use an artwork as a design element of a website, you should choose Extended license.
Extended license allows you to use an artwork for design a website: personal, business or corporate. Images can be edited or cropped.
Ad Web allows to use an artwork for one advertising campaign on the internet: Google Ads, Instagram, social networks. for advertising a personal and corporate website or a company’s webpage.
Standart license allows to use an artwork for advertising a personal website, blog, webpage, social media page.
Extended license allows to use an artwork for one advertising campaign on the internet for companies.
The term of the license argeement is automatically extended for the next year, if none of the parties has announced on its termination.
How to buy
Choose an artwork at the gallery, fill in the order form, indicating all required information. Please note, that this information will be used in license agreement.
If you order web use license, the total cost will be calculated automatically and you can pay for order immediately. In other cases the total cost will be calculated after the order is made and you will receive a comfirmation email.
After the payment is completed, you will get an access to the materials (the download link and License agreement) from your personal account.
Payment can be made in any convenient way, of the following:
The payment system Paypal. If you choose paypal as a payment method you will be immediately directed to PayPal’s payment page. You will get an access to the materials (the download link and License agreement) within 30 minutes after we get information from Paypal and process your payment.
Western Union You will get an access to the materials (the download link and License agreement) within 30 minutes after we get payment information and process your payment.
No matter what license you buy:
You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of an artwork. You also cannot create a painting based solely on licensed content and claim that you are the author.
You can not use content other than as specified in License agreement.
You can not transfer or sublicense the rights granted to you to anyone else.
You can not use content in multiple projects without purchasing separate licenses for such uses. This is a violation of the Agreement and might expose you to liability for copyright infringement.
You can not use content as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
You can not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).
You can not use content for any purpose that is contrary to applicable copyright law.
You can not use automated programs, applets, bots or the like to access the rinagu.art website or any content for any purpose, including, downloading any content, indexing or caching any content on the website.
